How to use this QR code on your Hyfin invoice

  1. Generate the QR code for your invoice number above.
  2. Download the PNG file.
  3. In your Hyfin invoice template, add an image field in the footer or a dedicated "Delivery Confirmation" section.
  4. Insert the downloaded PNG image. Add a label: "Scan to confirm delivery receipt."
  5. Print and include with your delivery. The receiver scans it on arrival.
